There were 425 packaged drinking water production enterprises in the province, with large-scale enterprises There are 58 companies, and their main business income and total profit have maintained a growth rate of about 20%.


Looking at the future, there is room for "Sichuan Good Water". As an important ecological barrier and water conservation area in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, Sichuan has high quality and large water resources. According to statistics, there are 97 water sources in our province that meet the national drinking natural mineral water standards. At present, there are 2 Chinese well-known trademarks, 4 Sichuan famous trademarks, and 12 Sichuan famous brands among drinking water production enterprises in the whole province. At the same time, there are not many national-level brands in our province, and regional brands are relatively scattered, and there is still room for improvement.


The person in charge of the Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission stated that in order to further promote the brand and drive new growth in the industry, a series of activities such as the "Sichuan Good Water" national tour will be launched in the near future to enhance the overall brand image. At the same time, it will take the lead in researching and formulating the standards of "Sichuan Packaging Drinking Water Production Process Specification", accelerating the implementation of standardization strategies in the Sichuan packaging drinking water industry, and building an advanced industry standard system.
