6. Franchise training and substantial content. (The training requires substantial system , not just by speaking.) 

7. Management schema between franchise traders and stores. (Managing a franchise store is quite different from a direct distributor.)

8. Ensure the contract is in conformity with the provisions. (One side, it should be legal , another side, duties and obligations should be explicit.No one wants to quarrel about contract.)
